I am a born again Christian. I trust and follow Jesus Christ. His death on the cross and resurrection is my hope for eternal life!

Random likes:

• Rock/mineral hunting on beaches and "in the middle of nowhere.”
• Getting together with friends for fellowship and card games.
• Organizing (and reorganizing) my craft room.
• Creating cheerful cards to brighten people’s days.
• "Treasure hunting" at thrift stores, garage sales, and estate sales, and finding cool paper crafting or letter writing items.
• Song birds singing their sweet songs.
• Meeting other Christians who enjoy my love of paper arts and/or writing letters.
• Cats (meow!)

I LOVE playing with paper, stamps, inks, etc. to create cards and envelopes for sending encouraging notes to hopefully bring a little sunshine into someone’s day (especially to seniors). Happy snail mail is the best!

FAVORITE THEMES: Flowers, song birds, and cats.

FAVORITE COLORS: I tend to gravitate towards happy, bright colors but all colors have their place in card-making (they can be used as layers, etc.). As for metallics, I prefer gold or copper over silver.

• FLAT STICKERS: Floral, cats, dogs, and song birds. I mostly use for envelope decor, so please no dimensional stickers.
• STAMPIN’ UP!: Solid color card stock, DSP (Designer Series Paper) of flowers/nature, song birds, seashells, cats, dogs); adhesive glossy dots and other bling (fairly flat so it doesn’t boost the postage cost when mailing).
• OTHER PAPER BRANDS: Same themes as above.
• STAMPED OR PRINTED sentiments and scripture.
• STENCILS: Love the layered kind.
• UNUSED USA POSTAGE: Current (self stick) or vintage.
• ADDRESS LABELS: We can never have too many of these. See my preferred themes above.
• FUN FOLD CARD: I’m intrigued by these and would love some inspiration.

We all have our own likes and what you like might not necessarily be what I like. Below is a list of themes or items that just aren’t my thing.

• Halloween, the Santa side of Christmas
• Loose glitter, or cards with glitter that shakes off a card and gets all over the place.
• Mustaches, circus, Hello Kitty, Disney, cartoony, Asian, creepy/crawly bugs or insects, snakes
• Scented items: Perfume, lotions, incense, candles, make-up
• Postcards
• Tourist items (e.g. blank postcards, magnets & keychains)
• Chipboard or bulky embellishments. It makes for extra postage costs and postage is already so expensive these days.

I always send out my swaps and usually it's very soon after partners are assigned. If for some reason you do not receive a swap from me, please send me a PM or an e-mail before rating me poorly and I will do the same for you. If the swap got lost, I will resend it.
