13 Unlucky Days of Halloween...EDITED! Last call!

Halloween is coming up. Ok so its still two full months away. But that’s when YOU should be thinking about it right? I mean if your as fanatic about PA as I am, we should be gearing up. This is our holiday, after all.

So here’s the deal: 13 days of Halloween starting the 19th of October. You will send 1 partner 1 box of 13 wrapped goodies for thirteen days! These goodies will be opened one a day, like an advent calendar. So make SURE you mark which ones you want opened on which days.

I would recommend it look something like this (think of it as the minimum requirement for this swap):

• 6-8 days – I think it would be cheaper to send candy, novelty $1 items, etc for the first few days. So no breaking the bank. Think glow sticks, vampire teeth, candy, the battery powered candles you can get for 79 cents at Walgreens or wherever , a matchbox shrine, ATCs and other tinier items.

• 3-5 days – Think medium items. Jewelry you bought or made, pumpkin carving kits, Creepcake wrappers and picks, mask, socks, scrapbooking supplies, cookie cutters, cobwebs, baking/drink mixes, a literal vampire diary, barrettes and other hair accessories, etc.

• 3-2 days – the big stuff! A trick or treat bag loaded with candy, knit/crochet items, stuffies/amigurumi, candy bowls, party supplies, decorations, Halloween wreaths, bunting, bags, bigger cooking kits with almost everything you could need, craft kits, banners, etc.

You can split this up how you want, but the minimum would be 8 days of small items, 3 days of medium, and 2 days of big items. This doesn’t have to be the most expensive swap if you budget (I should know, I did this for another swap and was able to get everything for $15 dollars, including supplies I had on hand!). So this could also be a way to destash!

Keep in mind due to the nature of our group I am keeping this open to our friends overseas!

There are of course some rules to this swap!

• NOTHING dirty, yucky, smelly, broken or junky! Please! Find great items, something your partner will love and cherish. Or better yet find things you would WANT.

• Handmade is totally allowed! No if ands or buts about it.

• Must have thirteen items! The minimum requirement is 8 small, 3 medium, and 2 big. But you can break up the days however you want, if you want to make/buy more medium and big items.

• While I would say this is Sender choice, jewelry lengths, sizes and allergies MUST be taken into account. Everyone participating MUST post any allergies bellow and preferred sizes!

• Keep everything a surprise! Wrap it and make sure the day is put on it somewhere (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 etc). You may do any order you like, but I like to save the big stuff for the grand finale.

• You must include a small note/card. It doesn’t have to be LOOOOOOONNNNNGGG. It can just be something along the lines of ‘Happy 13 Days of Halloween!’ But it does have to have your swapbot name and the swap name!

• Have fun!!!

Ratings: This is Sender's Choice, HOWEVER!!! Alergies and sizes must be taken into account! Please rate accordingly within the rules set by the Swapbot Admin. If you received, it was on time, and it met the requirements, then it should be a five.This is a swap for ALL skill levels. However! Items should not be dirty/broken/nasty OR go against postal regulations or against the law. Items should be nice looking and pieces of art you as the sender would be proud to own!

Eligibility: No 1's within a six month period! No recent 3’s (within 3 months) WITHOUT a good explanation PMed to me please. No suspicious behavior (overtagging and no sends for instance). Must be a part of the group (sorry). Must AT LEAST have a 4.7 rating. Newbies who have THREE type three swaps under their belt may join! This is international, so be prepared. Must be commited. Please, try not to send last minute (it happens though, but please try to be timely).
