**Shoe Shrine**

What is a Shoe Shrine? A Shoe Shrine is a shoe, sandal or boot that you pick out that is maybe vintage looking.

I picked up a pair at our local thrift store and they are so cool. The heels measure about 3.5 inches and the shape of the shoe is quite interesting.

Ideas for the shrine:

• Paint it - I would use Gesso first so that your other paint or embellishments stick. Paint it any color you wish.

• Glue on sequins or any other type of embellishment you wish.

• Use Modge Podge to add some interesting pics or stamps.

• Use ribbons, buttons, brads, studs...etc.

• The inside or your shrine can be a pocket to "add" something special for your partner from their profile.

• The ideas are endless so be creative.
