ATC Random Person's choice part 1

This is part 1 of a two part swap. You MUST join both parts in order to participate.

This will be an ATC swap where your theme is chosen by a random person (i.e. not me, not the person making the ATC, and not the person the ATC is sent to).

Step 1. Sign up for this part, and part 2.

Step 2. When partners are assigned for part 1, see who you send to.

Step 3. Before the send deadline, in the comments below write "I send to _______ and the theme they will have to make an ATC for is ___________". Obviously, you fill in the blanks with who you send to and the theme.

Step 4. Rate your partner.

Step 5. see part 2 for the rest :)
