Newbie ATC Swap

I know people have done these before, but I thought I'd host a ATC swap for newbies. Make sure you have a well filled out profile. All others are also welcome with a good rating.

You will send 1 ATC to each of 2 partners, for a total of 2 ATC's.

The only theme in the swap will be "Colorful". For better ratings you can try to make an ATC that your partner will like by looking at their profile.

Please put some effort into making your ATC's nice, not just a sticker slapped onto a background.

I reserve the right to ban anyone from this swap that I see fit.

Please only sign up if your sure about it, no flakers so we all have fun.
