These can be new or established Decos.

Requirements:

• 4.9+
• know what a Deco is before you sign up and that you will have to pass it on

Deco description:

Decos are a lot like ATCs, but made into a mini book that is passed around by snail mail.

Each person who receives it decorates a page, adds their contact information, and passes it on. When it is full, the last person to receive it sends the deco to the person it was originally made for (address on the first page).

If you're familiar with Friendship Books, they're like that except decorated, with one person signing per page.
