How are you doing? No, how are you REALLY doing? I struggle with anxiety and depression. Most of the time I say, I'm great when someone asks - and a lot of the time that is a lie. I'm sure you probably do the same. The only rule for this swap is to be real and honest. You'll have one partner to tell the truth about how you are really doing. Send a naked postcard with what you are really feeling that day.
