DIY Suprise Package: Zine, Mix & More!

I love surprise package swaps, I love zine swaps, and I especially love mixtape/mix-CD swaps. So I thought I would combine the three of them into my dream swap!

For this swap you will make one small package that includes at least one zine, at least one mixtape or mix-CD, and 2-3 other small little surprises. These could be... more zines, a crafty surprise, tea-bags, badges/pins, note-cards, post-cards, a handwritten letter, candy, something from their profile... the choice is yours. I would put a low value on this, maybe around $5 or less if you can find free/cheap things that you already have or have crafted yourself.

NB: PLEASE SPECIFY IN THE COMMENTS BELOW WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A TAPE OR A CD, AND AN IDEA OF WHAT KIND OF ZINES OR MUSIC YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.

NB: PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT SINCE MOST PEOPLE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE/LISTEN TO A MIXTAPE, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR PARTNER BEFORE SENDING THEM A TAPE. A MIX-CD IS FINE - YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SEND A TAPE UNLESS YOU WANT TO AND YOUR PARTNER WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE ONE! Don't fear the tape, people!

Please also take the time to read your swap's profile and get a feel for what kind of music/art/zines they might like. No point sending a poetry zine and classical mix to somebody who likes punk-political zines and punk rock music. Having said that, it is also good to introduce people to new stuff so you don't have to play it toooo safe... just don't send something you know they'll hate!

RULES:

1. You must include a zine (any subject/style, so long as you think your partner will enjoy it)
2. You must include a mix - which must includes a full track-listing and preferably a decorated cover!
3. You must include 2-3 other small and non-pricey surprises, no more than $5 (preferably less).

This swap is open to anybody who has a good rating or newbies with a well filled out profile. Please make sure you mention in your profile if there's anything you really don't want to receive, eg. food allergies.
