This is international! I love inchies and ATCs and LOVE paper scraps!! Fill up a GIFT CARD SIZE envelope full of different types of paper scraps and ribbons scraps. Maybe some confetti, etc. Anything that will fit in a envelope of that size.

it's one of those gift cards that you can get in the card isle. It's not the small ones. I don't know what size that would normally be, but it's like a Happy Birthday card size envelope you'd pick out.

Also make 3 inchies for your partner!! Can be of any theme!!

a gift card envelope is one of those small 2x2" or 3x3" ones, right?

I'm guessing she means greeting card sized, not gift card sized. Gift cards are only the size of a credit card. The USPS site sells note cards and greeting cards, and they are 4" x 6" (an A6 envie is 4.75" x 6.5", and looks to be the closest equivalent, as far as I can tell).

Are we allowed to fold any paper scraps? I don't mind folded scraps, but I know a lot of scrap paper swaps don't allow folding.

If your partner doesn't mind folding the yes it's okay but please check with them first! And yes I mean greeting card sized, sorry, they're all called the same to me..lol.

Oooops! I sent out a huge envie of paper scraps today, and completely missed the part about making 3 inchies, too! =X I'll have to send another package to my partner.
