This swap it for the Planner Addicts Continued group only. You will have one partner and you will send 5 Valentines Day themed planner items with a combined total value of at least $5 before shipping to your partner along with a Valentines Day card.

Items must be received by the due date to continue to be able to swap in future swaps.

If you are not currently a member of our group and love planners like we do, please feel free to join us. No one allowed with any 1's and any 3's must have an explanation attached with them. THANK YOU!!!
